Digital Heights ("we," "our," or "the Company") is committed to conducting all outbound calling activities in a lawful, transparent, and respectful manner. This Telemarketing Policy explains how we comply with applicable calling regulations and how individuals may request that we no longer contact them.
1. Calling Purpose
Digital Heights places outbound calls to individuals who have expressed interest in online business tools, digital services, or related opportunities. Our calls are made to inform potential customers about our business setup services and packages.
2. DNC (Do Not Call) Compliance
We honor all do-not-call requests. If you request to be placed on our internal Do Not Call List, we will:
- Add your number within one business day
- Cease all future contact to your phone number
- Maintain your number on our DNC list indefinitely
3. How to Request Removal
To be added to our Do Not Call List, you can:
- Inform the representative during a call that you wish to be placed on the Do Not Call list
- Email us at Joe@Digitalheightsinc.com with your phone number and request
4. Calling Hours
We only place calls during business hours allowed by applicable regulations. Calls are made between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone, in accordance with federal telemarketing laws.
5. Respectful Calling Practices
We train all representatives to conduct calls professionally and respectfully. This includes:
- Clearly identifying ourselves and our company
- Accurately describing our services
- Avoiding misleading statements or high-pressure tactics
- Honoring all requests to be added to our Do Not Call list
- Maintaining professional and courteous communication at all times
6. Compliance with Regulations
Digital Heights complies with all applicable federal and state telemarketing laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR).
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or compliance requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with the revision date.
